Acrylic Adhesive SC-95 Methylene Chloride Free

Caseway SC-95 is a blush-resistant, methylene chloride–free solvent cement designed for bonding acrylic to itself. It performs best on extruded acrylic and can be used on cast acrylic where moderate bond strength is acceptable.

SC-95 evaporates more slowly than SC-100 and SC-126, allowing for improved flow and easier application. This slower evaporation helps produce smoother, more bubble-free joints.

The cement begins forming a strong bond within minutes and can be applied using a non-corrosive solvent syringe, dropper, brush, or via the “soak method.” Like all solvent cements, SC-95 works by softening and fusing the surfaces being joined, creating true material cohesion. After application, the solvent evaporates completely, leaving no residue.
