Acrylic Adhesive SC-126 Methylene Chloride Free

Caseway SC-126 is a methylene chloride–free solvent cement designed for bonding acrylic to itself as well as to other plastics, including polycarbonate, styrene, and CAB (cellulose acetate butyrate). It performs best on extruded acrylic and can be used on cast acrylic where moderate bond strength is acceptable.

SC-126 produces strong, clear bonds and is well-suited for applications requiring a clean, professional finish. Its fast-setting formula allows for quick assembly while maintaining good control during application.

The cement can be applied using a solvent syringe, dropper, brush, or by using the “soak method.” Like all solvent cements, SC-126 works by softening and fusing the surfaces being joined, creating true material cohesion. After assembly, the solvent evaporates completely, leaving no residue.
