SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.casewayproducts.com Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Some items such as, but not limited to, components (A, B, & C) of PS-18 Acrylic Adhesive, components (A & B) of PS-30 Acrylic Adhesive, White USP & Amber USP Industrial Petroleum Jelly, BA-(400, 430, 460, & 500) and all other adhesives/solvents may need to be manufactured upon arrival of an order with typical processing times no longer than 48 hours besides. Orders with a requested shelf life minimum requirement are often delayed if a new batch has to be manufactured, typically no longer than 48 hours. Orders are not shipped on weekends, holidays, or any other days shipping carriers are not able to pick-up. Orders placed on Friday may be delayed for pick-up until the following Monday depending on the time the order is placed and different processing time for certain items. Orders are typically picked up from the manufacturing facility between the hours of (3:00 pm - 4:30 pm E.T.) by UPS. All non-freight orders are shipped UPS ground or UPS Surepost® with an estimated delivery 2-5 days from the day shipped depending on location. UPS SurePost® is an economy, residential, ground service typically used for packages weighing 1 lb - 9 lbs utilizing the UPS Ground network with final delivery typically provided by the U.S. Postal Service. Your order will be shipped via UPS Surepost® at the discretion of Caseway Industrial Products, Inc depending on cost and if its meets the criteria. *(See freight ((drum)) shipping information below). Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the processing or shipment of your order, Caseway Industrial Products, Inc. will contact you via email to notify you of the delay.

Freight Shipments

55-gallon drums and other large volume orders are shipped via truck freight. Caseway Industrial Products, Inc. accepts no requests for specific freight shippers unless agreed upon prior to an order. Freight orders may take up to 48 hours for processing. Estimated delivery is 3 - 10 days depending on location and order date. Please allow additional days for delivery. Caseway Industrial Products, Inc. does not take back empty 55-gallon drums. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to have a suitable method for unloading a pallet shipment from freight trucks (forklift, loading dock, etc.) as well as unloading 55 gallon drums that are placed on a pallet, at the ship-to location.

Below is a link to the Central Transport Rules Tariff document. This document lists all applicable fees and charges that an order may endure during transit or at delivery. For example, a ship-to address that does not have a loading dock or forklift must request a Lift Gate Service for the item to be unloaded and delivered.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Please provide an address suitable for receiving package sizes respective or provided to the items you have purchased. Some orders cannot be sent to PO boxes, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide an adequate ship-to location based on the items purchased. Adhesives, solvent cements, glues, epoxies, strippers, and related components should not be shipped to a P.O. box. Caseway Industrial Products, Inc. assumes no responsibility for damage to property if a leak occurs after being placed in a PO box. Items may also be a risk to the health and safety to anyone within the area of the PO box if a leak or spill occurred. If attempted to order using a PO box as the shipping address, Caseway Industrial Products, Inc. may fully refund the order and may notify by email.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

*You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Tracking numbers are not active until either scanned by UPS/USPS or until a “End of Day” is processed at the manufacturing facility. Weebly does not allow automatically sending multiple tracking numbers. If your order is shipped using multiple packages, you will receive an email containing only one tracking number. All tracking numbers are saved and available upon request. 

*Amazon and Ebay orders may have a delay of tracking information up to 24 hours to be manually entered into and received by the buyer.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Caseway Products is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). (Excluding Canada)

  • Please Notice, all Michigan residents and businesses are subject to a 6.00% Sales Tax automatically added onto your shipping charges.

For Customers ordering from Caseway Products on an eCommerce platform other than our website. Platforms hosting third-party sellers such as Ebay & Amazon are now subject to charge customers a “Marketplace Facilitator Tax”. Find more information online.  

International Shipping Policy

Caseway Industrial Products, Inc. currently ships internationally to Canada through www.casewayproducts.com. Caseway Industrial Products, Inc. reserves the right to allow or deny international orders on a basis of determination depending on communication, order volume, international carrier accounts, ship-to location, regulations imposed, and company evaluation.

Orders going to Canada may take 3-10 days depending on location.

Purchasers of international orders (outside the United States and Canada) will be responsible for paying repacking fees on hazardous materials charged by a third-party company (Estimated $200.00 USD - $220.00 USD), shipping charges to the third-party company location, and international shipping charges as well as any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed. 

Alaska and Hawaii, or U.S. protectorates fall under the same guidelines as international shipping. If you purchase from one of these regions on the website you will automatically be refunded the full amount of your purchase. Your refund may take 2-3 business days to show into your account.

Fallback Rate 

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide a shipping address that can be calculated by UPS Real Time Shipping. If an address is provided that cannot be calculated or recognized by UPS, a fallback rate of $25.00 USD is charged. If you have this issue you can contact Caseway Products or UPS for support. We will often refund the difference of the fallback rate and actual shipping cost however, Caseway Industrial Products, Inc. reserves the right to deny any sale if the actual shipping cost exceeds the Fallback Rate.

RETURN POLICY

Returns

Caseway Industrial Products, Inc. does not accept returns on any items purchased. All solvents, cements, epoxies, and adhesives have a shelf life and are subject to strict shipping guidelines/regulations. It is solely the responsibility of the purchaser to determine an items suitability for a specific application. No recommendations or information are considered a warranty of any kind.

Freight Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to the receiver not having proper equipment for unloading at the ship-to location provided, or providing the incorrect ship-to address, Caseway Industrial Products, Inc. will refund the purchaser minus shipping & returning cost, fees applied by the freight carrier, and a 5% restocking fee on the total value of the item(s) purchased. Damages

If an item is damaged during transit, Caseway Industrial Products, Inc. will notify the purchaser and resend the items at no cost. Please notice, due to the nature of shipping liquid materials, items are often delivered dented or with imperfections. Containers, especially metal pint, quart, or gallon often contract and expand from temperature variations. Orders damaged in transit are often discarded by UPS as a safety precaution, upon notice to Caseway Industrial Products, Inc. the purchaser will be notified via telephone or E-mail and a full replacement will be shipped at no cost. If you receive an item severely damaged or leaking please call (1-989-450-1610) or email (support@casewayproducts.com) for evaluation. You must contact Caseway Industrial Products, Inc. within 24 hours of delivery. Also provide pictures of the container & shipping box.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If product is leaking or damaged to an extent that safety is at risk, please follow your respective state guidelines for proper disposal of the material.
