In March of 2019 a final rule on methylene chloride by the Environmental Protection Agency prohibited the sale of methylene chloride to end users (consumers) for paint and coating removal.On March 26th, 2021 we requested a review and determination from the EPA on our process for verifying business entities purchasing items containing methylene chloride.
